We came here recommended, I must say a little skeptical, the reviews, some spoke of unsociable staff!!! Nothing more false!!!!! The people are all very kind and friendly, the pizza is certainly very good, original. Thank you.

My wife and I went to dinner at this delicious restaurant for 2 days in a row. The quality of the food is nothing short of excellent. We tried the 3 tomato pizza, the parmigiana, the capricciosa and the first one on the menu (I don't remember if it's called special or favorite) and I would struggle to say which one I liked the most.... The leavening is perfect and I who suffer from elaborate flours slept like an angel without having to drink liters and liters of water. Now let's move on to the desserts.... First day fried pizza slices with Nutella.... I'll just tell you that I took them home and ate them cold the next day because of how many there were and how good they were.... Second day tiramisu and Annurca apple cake.... Guys: that cake is damn good and full of perfectly integrated flavors. The chef is really clever and creative. Last but not least: THE STAFF.... When you enter a place for the first time and they make you feel at home with courtesy and friendliness, well: it means you're in the right place. We live far away but we'll definitely find a way to come back. Congratulations guys, thanks for everything

Qualità professionalità e cortesia ad un prezzo veramente onesto unica pecca negativa in sala fumo e puzza di bruciato quindi subito a casa per la doccia e panni in lavanderia ma per il resto veramente un posto dove torno con piacere COMPLIMENTI

La pizza è molto buona. L'ambiente è piuttosto caotico; eravamo molto stretti al tavolo e in bagno mancava la carta igienica. Inoltre in una fetta di dolce abbiamo trovato un capello. E in più la scadenza della birra era scritta in penna

25/06/2025: A delightful discovery in the heart of Fondi! The Bistrot Viavai presents itself with an intimate and refined environment, capable of immediately putting you at ease. Relaxing atmosphere, warm lights and details that tell of attention to hospitality. The service was punctual and courteous, with helpful and never intrusive staff, capable of advising with discretion and competence. The food fully met expectations, with well-presented dishes and balanced flavors. However, the surprising harmony of the artichoke with cod stood out above everything else: a very successful combination that was able to blend the delicacy of the fish with the strong character of the artichoke. A true delicacy for the palate, a delight for lovers of authentic taste! In short: a successful dinner, a place to recommend, and a dish - the artichoke and cod - that alone is worth the return. Compliments to chef Gianni!
05/06/2025: Unique experience! Elegant location, excellent service, quality food and superior taste! In my life I think I have never eaten so well! Fettuccine with an indescribable sea scent! 😋😋😋 The owners immediately put us at ease by recommending unique dishes! For those passing through Fondi, you cannot miss stopping by on the way back and forth!!! Let Biagio advise you on the choice of drinks and Gianni on the choice of food and you will not regret it! An experience that you will remember for a lifetime!!! Highly recommended!!!

28/05/2025: We went to the Hoagie room - a private room / tasting experience in Pizzera to celebrate my sons college graduation. The host Alberto was awesome. Laid back, friendly, easy to talk with He put on classic Rock for my dad. He made the hoagie tasting options right in front of us. Had great suggestions for wine and cocktails. It was a 2 hour experience that felt like 4 ( in a good way). We didn’t feel rushed. Everyone enjoyed it. Would 1000 percent go back to the hoagie room !
25/05/2025: Food was great and loved the crunchy crust on the pizza!
