Nowadays you find industrial ice creams everywhere that taste like nothing at all. You, on the other hand, are the true master ice cream makers and pastry chefs of Salento. In my opinion you are the absolute best in the entire province of Lecce. Never stop cultivating your tradition because you are history.

27/10/2024: We had a lovely evening. It was one of the last restaurants still open. We didn't expect much. The food was ok and on the table quickly, the service was nice and helpful.
