The staff including the boss are fantastic and kind people, the food is exceptional a real delight, I recommend this restaurant to everyone

Impeccable! Everything was excellent, from the skewers and arrosticini to the bombette, from the bruschetta to the vertical potatoes, and finally the wines and spirits. Everything was delicious and high-quality, always with that touch of originality that owner Leo carefully curates and desires. I've been back before and will be back many more times. 10 out of 10!

The menu is interesting, but there are some major flaws in the service (young and inexperienced) and the temperature of some dishes. For example, the bruschetta with sausage and balsamic vinegar was cold, and the balsamic cream covered the flavor. The potatoes were good, but they were also cold. Bacon rolls with dates were good. I could go on and on... like one yes, one no... Conclusion: a bit disappointed.
Strong point: the parking.

Excellent experience, welcoming place, very friendly staff, super-fast service despite the busy restaurant, stellar arrosticini, both the 30-gram mutton and the Angus ones, and finally, the owner is a wonderful and kind person who, despite his busy schedule, also finds time to interact with customers. One word: excellent!!

Alternative restaurant in Fiumicino: it's not our first time here, and we also had a great time on Valentine's Day. The dishes and desserts were beautifully crafted to match the theme of the evening; it was a great idea. The staff is friendly. Recommended.
P.S. Parking is easy thanks to the large lot in front.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing, staff, food, facilities.
The skewers dont come out together, which gave me time to write down some of the comments my partner made about each dish....
Here is what we ordered and the reviews -
2 x Smoked buffalo mozzarella skewer - creamy mozetallla, not the best thing ive had. But nice.
1 x Liver and onion skewers- oh my goodness! The outside crunch, the inside melt in the mouth. Blows frans ( Mother in law) out the water. Sorry fran. That is incredible.
2 x Pugliese bometta skewer - nice and crispy on the outside. I like it. Greasy, like fatty but I liked it
1 x date and bacon skewer- sweet mushy date with salty bacon crispy on the outside. Its like an explosion in the mouth, like a taste explosion
2 x salamella skeer - you wouldnt want it in a sausage sandwich, its delicious. No, you would have it in a sausage sarnie but its almost too chewy, too good for a sarnie. Would be lovely with ketchup
2 x black Angus skewer - bit chewy not bad but everything else was better. Id have been disappointed if id saved that til last
2 x lamb skewers- **smells it like its a cigar, twice** - would be cracking with a bit of mint sauce. Thats good lamb.
2 x pork skewers - its nice. Shrugs.
1 x giant potato skewer - mmmm potato its nice salty like chippy chips
1 x mushroom skewer - I really like this. Never had anything like this before. Never would have thought to have cheese, orange and mushroom. Like a zesty fungi. A mushroom that has studied in rome, dressed in orange, glittered in cheese, ready to go out to the opera.
