It's always a pleasure to return to Prosciuttiamo. The quality has remained high over the years, and that's a real pleasure. The menu offers a wide variety of ingredients, and the portions are always generous. The service is courteous, and the bill is fair.

We like to return to this characteristic restaurant every now and then, the food is excellent, delicious for example the polenta with creamed cod and Patanegra ribs but also excellent first courses, a very nice and comfortable environment with prints of the most famous films and kind staff.

I went there on a Tuesday evening right when it opened, and there were already tables reserved. I was greeted and served by a kind young lady, who made the experience even better. I had an excellent prosciutto first course (very flavorful, I recommend leaving the cheese aside) and a very tender sliced ​​steak, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. With water and a coffee, I spent €36, which I'd say was fair, especially since I struggled to finish the meat side dish.

Locale non molto grande (con due salette), che diventa un po' rumoroso quando tutti i tavoli sono occupati. Personale molto gentile, ma tempi di attesa un po' lunghi. Discrete le bruschette e la pasta ripiena con le pere, buone le pappardelle al tartufo nero(scorzone). Non chiari i prezzi delle bevande e del coperto, assenti sul menù e nello scontrino finale.

Ottima cena, servizio accurato, atmosfera accogliente. Tutto buono, cappellacci alla zucca, fagottini alla pera, fettuccine ai porcini, ed anche i secondo molto buoni

27/11/2025: Entering Centolire in Rovigo is always like returning to a familiar place, yet one that still surprises me. The refined, modern setting with vintage touches creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to enjoy a leisurely evening. I come here once a year, and every time I find the same consistent quality, the same attention to flavors, and the same feeling of being in the right place. This evening I chose the crispy sandwich: large, generous, and impeccable. It's the same sandwich I tried the first time I came here, and it remains simply superb to this day. Perfect crispiness, balanced flavors, and ingredients that speak for themselves. One bite and you understand why I could never not return. Overall experience? 10/10 without hesitation. Centolire is one of those places that never disappoints: good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and a recognizable passion in every dish. A must-try every time I pass through Rovigo.
