Excellent sandwich. Very satisfied.

Everything was very good, and the place was pleasant. The waiters were professional, but a smile didn't hurt.

We had lunch with delicious tomato bruschetta and a generous and truly excellent amatriciana. I haven't had anything this good in years. The place is a bit basic, but the cured meats are excellent. Definitely worth a try.

The mixed cold cuts and cheese platter as an appetizer is divine! Everything is of excellent quality and freshness. We then tried two first courses and they were abundant and cheap. Recommended!

Cantina dei Papi is a nice place, well-kept both inside and out, located in the historic center, a really convenient location for a pleasant stop. As soon as we arrived we noticed a bit of indecision and incomprehension on the part of the staff in seating us, but once we were seated the experience continued without problems. Excellent cutting board, with quality products, and very good first courses too: in particular, a gricia with bacon from Serie A, but a bit overcooked. The service is average, without particular peaks but still courteous even if they made some mistakes in the orders. The prices are absolutely good, especially considering the central location and the high quality of the raw materials. Ultimately, a place to recommend for those looking for authentic Roman cuisine in a pleasant setting and with a good quality-price ratio.

Nice place, great service but the food wasn't there. We had decent starters, cold mozzarella from the fridge, first courses, reheated pasta with sauces already prepared and reheated at the time, arrived lukewarm, this is our opinion.

Optato per taglieri piccoli misti con salumi e formaggi, una porzione di fiori di zucca fritti, acqua minerale, coca cola e calice di Chianti Classico. Location carina situata nel centro storico di Viterbo. Piatti discreti. Buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

Locale di assoluto piacere da visitare, tanto che ci siamo tornati due volte in due giorni; meriterebbe la visita anche solo l bagno, sembra quasi un antro magico ma . a parte le considerazioni...igieniche, abbiamo mangiato molto e molto bene. Il primo giorno un tagliere dimensioni portaerei, in 4, con salumi abbondantissimi, formaggi, sottoli di vario tipo, crostini, pomodori , del resto la foto parla chiaro.... Assaggiato anche un ottimo supplì e un tagliere di formaggi La seconda volta ci siamo diretti verso una ottima cacio e pepe, affiancata da un tagliere vegano e insalata con pecorino... Che dire? Da tornarci ancora, merita veramente, sia per il locale, "affollato" di prosciutti e ogni ben di dio appeso al soffitto che per la notevole gentilezza del personale...
