A lunch in the historic center to remember! We arrived and the very kind Natalia greeted us with a smile. She carefully prepared a variety of bruschetta for us, then we had a delicious chickpea and chestnut soup and an excellent amatriciana! We'll be back!

I'm surprised to read some of the reviews... it's so true that pleasing everyone these days is practically impossible! I'll tell you about my personal experience. We arrived yesterday, November 30, 2025, to a closed kitchen. We were greeted by some very polite staff who told us the kitchen was closed and that we could only choose one of the platters. Once we ordered, we were quickly served an excellent selection of bruschetta, cured meats, and cheeses. The price was fair, and the service was young and impeccable. I recommend that the owners keep Francesco and the two girls (I think they're both called Jasmine) close to us because they're friendly yet professional. If I had to find a flaw, to be picky, it would be the limited wine selection, and especially none from the Viterbo area.

Easily the best sandwich we had in Rome. The workers were super friendly and if we could have, we would have eaten there every day for lunch. Next time I think I’d try the cheeseboard, but we were a little short on time!

The food is good, nothing special, but good. The service, on the other hand, isn't great: the staff is friendly, but they're disorganized and very slow (at least on Saturday nights, when the rooms are packed).

A traditional restaurant with an old-fashioned and comfortable aesthetic, complete with beautiful leather armchairs that gave it a podcast-like feel. The food was very good, especially the red beef ragu, which was simply amazing! The only downside I could find was the long wait for the dishes. The prices were very affordable; highly recommended if you want a typical Roman experience.
