Prosciutteria San Daniele In Biella

Business lunch. I ate a hamburger with a side dish. It wasn't bad but for my taste the meat was very minced. The dessert wasn't bad.

Passing through, for work, to be in company. I couldn't describe this place in the city center of Biella any more, far from the glories of the past where a table was as sought after as it was precious. A reinterpretation therefore successful in the environment, in the splendid summer terrace but very little in the food. Although the dishes have been re-presented on the menu, with the addition of others, in my opinion they are all very "smart" in taste, preparation and last but not least the cost absolutely not proportionate to what is offered. Specifically a tartare plated with a scholastic attitude, combined with risky flavors, an exaggeratedly tiny dessert, a wine too aerated and finally a decidedly long waiting time, for a room that was not even full. I am particularly disappointed because I was also born in Biella, and if despite everything I can recommend it for a frugal meal, I wouldn't say the same for the rest. Rating 4.

Gorgeous venue. Kind and smiling, they welcomed us like Alpine troops with lots of warmth, good food, excellent wine and very honest prices. Thank you thank you thank you

Good food and good taste overall

The cutting board is always a guarantee, I gave 4 stars only because together with the ordered dish there was supposed to be a savory brioche, unfortunately completely burnt. Pleasant to enter a clean and tidy place.

A restaurant that I have frequented several times and which today I rate 5 stars not only for the quality/price ratio, but in particular for the service. The dish containing a food that I cannot eat, which I had guiltily not warned about, was replaced with the utmost availability and courtesy. For my part, thanks to the dining room staff and apologies to the kitchen

Siamo tornati in questo locale dopo molto tempo e devo ammettere che è stata una bellissima riscoperta . Eravamo un tavolo da cinque e abbiamo preso dei taglieri, ottimi, alcuni primi, molto buoni e dei secondi ottimi come i dessert. Tutto curato il giusto, un buon servizio e un locale curato e pulito. Lo consiglio soprattutto per una cena tra amici
