Upon entering this spectacular and elegant shop you will be immediately inebriated by the delicious aromas. There are many products on display, but just to give you a brief idea, if you look up you will see the row of hams and salamis hanging, and on the fine wooden shelves the vast display of raw meats, culatello, coppa, mortadella and other cold cuts; at the bottom there is stuffed pasta and ready-made dishes, and on the top level there is grass and pizzas, and at the bottom right there are cheeses and its majesty, "Parmigiano Reggiano". This sight will produce in you the culinary equivalent of the Bernini fountain show in Rome or listening to a Verdi opera. The hyperbole serves the purpose of getting an idea, and with due proportions on what has been mentioned, I fear no contradictions about hams or other delicious cold cuts. I would add that in my opinion this ham factory and delicatessen is unique: you can see similar ones in Parma and other cities in Emilia Romagna, but in my opinion of a lower level. On takeaway gastronomy the quality is excellent, perhaps in some dishes an excess of flavor which however does not overflow. The staff will pamper you with rare courtesy and competence. The prices are adequate, but much lower than those of many delicatessens in other northern cities which perhaps do not work with inferior quality raw materials, but certainly do not have on display some cold cuts which are authentic gems for the palate, and which absolutely make This gastronomy deserves to be called "Prosciuttificio". Highly recommended for anyone passing through Parma.

Splendid shop with lots of fabulous cured meats, cheeses and good gastronomy...the only negatives are the prices and the queues of people!!!

Well-stocked delicatessen, with fresh and packaged products, including tortelli, tortellini, ham and mortadella finishes and pieces of parmesan of various ages and qualities.

Its one of the best places to buy Parmesan cheese and jam. They also have nice fresh products

Friendly butchers to cut any part of the souce pig or cow or sausage, and will make authentic sandwiches with fresh made rolls for prosciutto or parma or both or more! Plus sit down at the restaurant around the corner too

Wir sind ein paar mal vorbeigegangen und heute eingekehrt. Das war die richtige Entscheidung. Sehr gemütlich, nett, guten Wein und gutes Essen.
