This small place just needs to open a restaurant next door and that's it. The food at 'Ready to eat Don Guanella' is simply the tastiest you can eat in the Via Giulio Petroni area, right up there with the Don Guanella retirement home. Lots of takeaways from the riders, lots of them. And many customers who, like me, come for a snack on their lunch break. What a snack it isn't, given that the portions are generous. You can choose between first courses in trays, second courses of all types, based on meat or fish, and side dishes of your choice. Yes you can also order for lunch or dinner. The cost is decidedly convenient: for me, who often eat here, I don't go beyond six euros to eat a portion of a second course of meat and side dish. Generous portions. And the two guys at the counter are truly special courtesy. Which, I always say, really makes the difference.
