19/02/2025: Once we reached the restaurant we were kindly welcomed and accompanied to the table reserved for us. Unfortunately, being in the perimeter room of the main room, the lake view was not available. In the tasting menu I would have liked a paper support to know the release of the various courses, as we took advantage of a gift voucher. We found the dishes we tasted good but in some cases without creative flashes. In my opinion the egg and the oyster risotto were the best experiences. As regards the wine choice, after consulting the tablet, one notices more than anything else a massive presence of champagne. Since I was the only one drinking, I would have liked the costs of the wines served by the glass to also be specified. As well as a menu of liquors available with related costs. The starchy foods (bread, focaccia and breadsticks) are good, as is the dessert made in various consistencies. Attentive and courteous service.
