I was truly thrilled with this pastry shop! The products are incredibly fresh, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. I tried both the chocolate and hazelnut cream cake and the chocolate and almond cake, and they were simply exceptional: balanced flavor and meticulously presented. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and available to offer advice. A special thanks to Elena, who is truly delightful and makes the experience even more enjoyable! You can really see their passion for their work. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality desserts!

30/10/2025: One of the best bubble teas I've tried in Bologna! Good price and reasonable wait times. THEY ALWAYS HAVE TAPIOCA PEARLS, which isn't a given given the lengthy preparation time. I can't wait to try their freshly prepared street food options too :)

02/01/2026: Bobbio's new bakery was a wonderful discovery. Fragrant bread, aromas that greet you as soon as you step inside, and a craftsmanship that comes through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the passion of those working behind the counter. The focaccias and desserts are also excellent, always fresh. A simple yet authentic place, where you'll want to return because every product has a soul. Highly recommended.
