I would have given it 3.5 stars, but that's not possible. The food had its ups and downs. Top: good tuna tartare, raw scampi too, excellent ravioli, and even the nigiri. The tacos were very good. Flops: tataki means seared and not fully cooked, crispy rice was meaningless and very heavy, takoyaki with hot Philadelphia and pistachio, flavorless sashimi, especially the salmon, and octopus gunkan that didn't taste like much. Everything else was mediocre, in my opinion, obviously. The service was perfect, the girls were great. Water is a liter and costs €2. Midweek dinner cost €28. In my opinion, there's room for improvement; it's not far from being excellent.

I had an excellent experience at Prisma Sushi Lab. A lovely restaurant located on Via Maremmana Inferiore, practically next to the Cosmico bowling alley. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the open kitchen and the lovely, well-organized outdoor area. The chef appears to be of Asian origin. I was greeted by Maura, the waitress, who was cheerful and knowledgeable. She very kindly let me choose the table I liked best, and throughout the evening, she managed to keep an eye on the entire dining room without neglecting any tables. The menu is available via QR code. Being an à la carte sushi restaurant, the menu isn't very varied, but the quality of the food is EXCELLENT. The fish is truly high-quality, and the cuisine in general also shows that the ingredients are top-notch. All in all, an excellent experience at Prisma Sushi Lab. I've been back several times and it's always a good experience. I also found the bathrooms very clean and tidy. I can say it's one of the best in the area.
