An unforgettable experience between tradition and innovation
During our holiday on May 1st together with a couple of friends, we chose to have dinner at the Primo Restaurant in Lecce, a very pleasant surprise that won us over from the first moment.
The place is very small, with only six tables, and this creates an intimate, intimate and very welcoming atmosphere. In the refined and elegant environment, the modernity of the furnishings blends with the tradition of the wonderful star-shaped ceiling in Lecce stone, which gives a truly unique and authentic touch to the venue.
The cuisine is modern and the young chef, with a creative approach, offers very original dishes in which the aromas and flavors of Salento are also found. Each course is a sensorial journey, an explosion of colors and flavours.
The service was excellent, always attentive and friendly and the tranquility of the room made the experience even more pleasant.
A special thank you goes to all the staff because, despite our mistake in the booking, they did their best to welcome us.

At primo the chef makes us discover or rediscover the traditional cuisine of Lecce. Being elegant and incisive, we follow her cooking throughout the meal.
In the dining room, the atmosphere is minimalist, with welcoming, attentive and attentive wait staff. The wine service is particularly precise.

Brilliant Meal! Very deserving of its 1 star- food really differentiated itself from good Italian, and Daniele the server was class.
Pranzo domenicale a Lecce. Abbiamo scelto il menù di otto portate, che più incarna il territorio. Pur con le rivisitazioni del caso, devo dire che l’identità pugliese si è percepita in maniera distinta e piacevole. L’animella all’arancia e gambero crudo è il piatto che a mio avviso più risuonava in tutto il percorso. Servizio puntuale, non troppo lento come spesso accade, e senza sbavature. La carta dei vini non è ridondante ma adeguata.

Ho avuto il privilegio di cenare presso questo ristorante stellato insieme ad una coppia di amici.
È stata un esperienza di elevato spessore gastronomico e sensoriale. Un viaggio straordinario all’insegna dei sapori e delle tradizioni salentine rivisitate in una chiave moderna e raffinata.
Abbinamenti per nulla scontati ma che donano un armonia al palato mai provata prima.
Ogni piatto servito e’ un capolavoro di creatività. La qualità e la presentazione del cibo sono eseguite in maniera impeccabile da personale giovane, gentile e professionale.
Il maitre Daniele si distingue per la grande signorilità e per la conoscenza dei piatti e dei vini, sempre perfettamente abbinati ad ogni portata.
Un esperienza che resterà a lungo nel mio cuore e che a mio parere merita ampiamente il conferimento della stella Michelin.
Ringrazio la chef Solaika che ho avuto l’onore e il privilegio di conoscere. Una cuoca giovanissima ma dotata di una grande creatività e un legame profondo con il proprio territorio in grado di soddisfare i palati più esigenti.
Che dire… un esperienza unica che consiglio a tutti con grande entusiasmo.

I had the privilege of having dinner at this starred restaurant with a couple of friends.
It was an experience of high gastronomic and sensorial depth. An extraordinary journey dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Salento revisited in a modern and refined way.
Pairings that are not at all obvious but which give a harmony to the palate never experienced before.
Every dish served is a masterpiece of creativity. The quality and presentation of the food is impeccably executed by young, friendly and professional staff.
Maitre Daniele stands out for his great elegance and knowledge of dishes and wines, always perfectly paired with each course.
An experience that will remain in my heart for a long time and which in my opinion fully deserves the awarding of the Michelin star.
I thank chef Solaika who I had the honor and privilege of knowing. A very young chef but gifted with great creativity and a deep connection with her territory capable of satisfying the most demanding palates.
What can I say... a unique experience that I recommend to everyone with great enthusiasm.

Very positive experience. Venue with around twenty seats and minimal furnishings. The very young chef demonstrates remarkable creativity and mastery in the preparation and combination of ingredients, all of which are of the highest quality. We followed a course of 11 courses, all as usual in a starred restaurant, small in size and mostly oriented towards the vegetable sector (with the exception of one mackerel course and one quail course) and strongly linked to the territory. Like all research cuisines, satisfaction can certainly be subjective: personally I have to say that we really liked the whole experience, at such a level that it doesn't disappoint in the presence of those who already have two stars.
Impeccable service, precise and without being "intrusive", and the preparation of the dining room staff regarding the ingredients and wines (very rich and intriguing list) is truly worthy of praise. Well done everyone, you have what it takes to aspire to even higher goals. And you deserve it because you convey the 3Ps: preparation, professionalism, passion. Very interesting general quality/price ratio.
