Absolutely delicious! Superb service and a wonderful atmosphere! A small, charming restaurant with excellent service, truly worth every penny! For me, Primo is one of my top three restaurants I've ever visited.

A truly "exciting" dinner with a tasting menu, a journey that explores all the regional flavors with experience and sensitivity. It was truly an experience that captivated me. The dishes with tomatoes, offal, and snails were particularly interesting. The desserts were superb. Finally, I'd like to offer my sincere compliments and appreciation to the lady in the dining room. She is extremely professional and knows how to share the region's stories, guiding guests with great sensitivity and style.

We had unique circumstances and the director, (Daniele I think) was incredibly kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend to others.

Came to Italy hoping for an authentic experience and we were not disappointed, food was amazing, along with the atmosphere. Have been to a couple of Michelin star restaurants and completely get why this has one. Made our Italian holiday. Was suggest this to anyone, thank you for such a great meal

Our experience, unfortunately, didn't live up to our expectations. The tasting menu features creative and sophisticated pairings, a sign of the Chef's great creativity and desire to experiment. However, in our opinion, some combinations weren't entirely harmonious: the flavor of vinegar, in particular, was predominant in both the first and second courses, making it difficult to fully appreciate their nuances. Up until the first courses, we found the experience interesting and enjoyable, but after that, the balance seemed less successful. It's likely a matter of personal taste; however, we still feel there's room for improvement. At the moment, the experience didn't seem entirely in line with the expectations of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A special mention goes to the service, impeccable in its professionalism and courtesy, and to the excellent wine recommendations, which made the wine pairing a true highlight of the evening.

Very creative integration of local ingredients with the techniques of fine dining. The service of our two waiters was also lovely and we were very appreciative of the wine recommendations! I really recommend trying the surprise menu, it’s a lovely surprise each course. Chef came to greet us as well :-)
