We went to this restaurant to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Stunning place, impeccable service and the food too! Advise! Too bad it was a rainy day which didn't allow us to enjoy the external beauty of the place.

We chose Prime Rose for the catering of our wedding, and our experience was a mix of emotions. We were initially won over by Emanuela's charisma, who was very professional and friendly in our first meetings when choosing the menu, but unfortunately, during the wedding day some aspects did not go as we expected.
As for the food, we can't help but compliment it: every dish was of excellent quality and our guests appreciated it very much. However, the organization of the day left much to be desired.
Unfortunately, with the arrival of the rain, the aperitif we had planned outdoors was interrupted, and we expected part of it to be served in the dining room. Instead, nothing was brought inside, and we were made to start lunch an hour early, creating a bit of confusion.
In the dining room, service management was not optimal. There were two waiters: one with more experience, but who seemed unmotivated, and a young and inexperienced girl. The result was that some moments, such as the distribution of drinks and time management, were poorly taken care of.
Another point that disappointed us was the cutting of the cake: scheduled for 7-7.30pm, it was served at 5.30pm, leaving us then with an hour and a half of waiting without doing anything. During this period, the tables of the elderly guests were not served with sparkling wine, and we were told that, since the cake was being cut outdoors, everyone had to get up to get the drink. This situation has never happened to us on other occasions.
Even the cocktail corner, planned during the evening, did not meet expectations. The bartender was almost "hidden", and many guests came to ask us where he was. Furthermore, we had agreed on free focaccias for the evening, but in the end during the party, all the paid piadinas were served first, and, when these were finished, we were told that it was not appropriate to serve the focaccias, despite it being a previously established agreement.
In conclusion, the food was undoubtedly a strong point, but the organization and management of the service was disappointing. We were hoping for a smoother experience that was in line with expectations, especially considering the professionalism initially shown.
