We made a quick breakfast stop at this wonderful little espresso bar on our way to Palermo, and it was a delightful discovery. The bar is noticeably clean, modern, and new, providing a refreshing atmosphere for a morning caffeine fix. They offer a great selection of fresh pastries and baked goods, perfect for a quick Italian breakfast. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional kindness of the owner. They were incredibly welcoming and generously gave us some newly baked cheese crackers on the house. This genuine hospitality, combined with the quality of the coffee and selection, makes the Prima Colazione Bar an absolute must-visit if you are passing through the area.
