The food is delicious and the portions are generous enough to leave you feeling full. The restaurant is also surprisingly good for vegans and vegetarians ;) The service was super friendly and the entire atmosphere was perfect! Highly recommended :)

Pretzhof in Vipiteno is an exceptional place. Everything works at a high level. Ingredients are top quality. Each product shows care, precision, and respect. Flavors are clear and confident. Nothing feels random. A special and heartfelt mention to Carlone, the owner. His presence defines the restaurant. You feel his vision, his discipline, and his standards in every single detail. The quality of each product reflects his direct involvement and constant attention. Service is warm, professional, and precise. The atmosphere feels authentic and refined without excess. Pretzhof is not only a restaurant. It is the expression of a person and his commitment to excellence. A reference point in Vipiteno and a place you remember long after leaving.

Very good food, a very comfortable atmosphere, and attentive service. Large dogs like our Bernese Mountain Dog, Olivia, are also welcome.

For me, it was a top experience at the Pretzhof. I admit I'm biased because I love South Tyrol, but everything here is truly special: top-notch traditional dishes, exquisite cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and a location straight out of a fairytale.

I was here a few days ago for my husband's birthday. Everything was fantastic, the place was wonderful, the food excellent, except that, even though I hadn't asked for dessert, it arrived, and, given how it was presented, I thought it was a thoughtful touch from the restaurant owner, since they knew it was his birthday. Instead, I found it on the bill, along with the aperitif, which I appreciated, but we didn't know there was an extra charge, since it seemed like it was free. In my opinion, I shouldn't have been charged for the dessert, which I hadn't asked for, and they should have been informed that the aperitif is an extra charge. The owner describes the menu verbally and the prices are unknown... not everyone likes this... Other than that, it was a great experience.

We had lunch at the Pretzhof Restaurant for a wedding, even though we were a small group, and it was a truly excellent experience. The farmhouse atmosphere is authentic and warm, perfect for such a special occasion. The dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients from the farm, were exquisite and authentic, while the wine list won us over: excellent wines, well-selected and perfect to accompany our dinner. The service was attentive and discreet, helping to make the day elegant yet informal. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined and authentic gastronomic experience in Alto Adige.

Excellent hospitality, a very characteristic place where every dish is well-described and prepared. It's a daunting choice, considering everything is so good you'll want to return for more!
