I was here a few days ago for my husband's birthday. Everything was fantastic, the place was wonderful, the food excellent, except that, even though I hadn't asked for dessert, it arrived, and, given how it was presented, I thought it was a thoughtful touch from the restaurant owner, since they knew it was his birthday. Instead, I found it on the bill, along with the aperitif, which I appreciated, but we didn't know there was an extra charge, since it seemed like it was free. In my opinion, I shouldn't have been charged for the dessert, which I hadn't asked for, and they should have been informed that the aperitif is an extra charge. The owner describes the menu verbally and the prices are unknown... not everyone likes this... Other than that, it was a great experience.

We had lunch at the Pretzhof Restaurant for a wedding, even though we were a small group, and it was a truly excellent experience. The farmhouse atmosphere is authentic and warm, perfect for such a special occasion. The dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients from the farm, were exquisite and authentic, while the wine list won us over: excellent wines, well-selected and perfect to accompany our dinner. The service was attentive and discreet, helping to make the day elegant yet informal. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined and authentic gastronomic experience in Alto Adige.

Excellent hospitality, a very characteristic place where every dish is well-described and prepared. It's a daunting choice, considering everything is so good you'll want to return for more! The quality of the ingredients, combined with the expertise of the kitchen staff, turns this into a true delicacy. Highly recommended!

There's only one word to describe it: SENSATIONAL!!! You simply have to experience it. When we arrived at the restaurant without a reservation, they immediately gave us a table in the conservatory and made everything cozy. I have to go back!

The Pretzhof is always worth a visit. Each time you're surprised by new delicacies – you can taste the love that goes into every bite. A huge compliment to the chef! The wine list also deserves praise – it promises pure enjoyment in every glass. Top-notch ambiance, top-notch service, top-notch products.

We spent the last evening of our vacation at the Pretzhof. It couldn't have been better! Since the Pretzhof had been recommended to us, we arrived with high expectations. All the tables in the restaurant were full, but the manager offered us a seat at the bar. It didn't feel awkward at all—quite the opposite! We've rarely seen such friendly, dedicated, and competent service staff! The wine list offers a huge selection from local and even distant wineries, so everyone can find something they like. We each ordered three courses from the manager. He gave us great advice on choosing the right dish. All three courses were simply world-class! No frills, just honest cuisine at a completely reasonable price!

Beautiful restaurant just steps from Vipiteno. Traditional cuisine using local South Tyrolean ingredients, cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the pasta dishes, the open dumpling, and the appetizers. The wine selection is excellent.

A beautiful mountain inn in a sunny location with homemade produce. A large wine selection, fantastic food, and lovely, very friendly service. Highly recommended, even if you have to spend a bit more, it's worth it.

Sehr schön gelegenes gemütliches Restaurant mit Außenterrasse. Es werden zum Teil spezielle Gerichte angeboten, die man sonst nicht so oft findet. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Knödellasagne und als Hauptgericht Secreto vom Schwein - hervorragende Qualität. Dazu werden ausgezeichnete Südtiroler Weine angeboten. Sehr freundliche aufmerksame und nicht aufdringliche Bedienung. Der Chef erkundigt sich persönlich, wie es einem schmeckt. Ein idealer Zwischenhalt auf dem Weg in den Süden!. Wir werden wiederkommen. Es hat nur ein wenig gestört, dass es keine Speisekarte gab. Die Gerichte werden vorgelesen und es fällt schwer, sich die Auswahl zu merken. Außerdem kennt man die Preise der Gerichte nicht. Hier wäre ein wenig mehr Transparenz empfehlenswert. Wir waren gleichwohl mit den Preisen angesichts der ausgezeichneten Qualität einverstanden.

Il locale dista alcuni km da Vipiteno. Il posto è molto caratteristico. La cucina da subito colpisce per la qualità delle materie prime. Ci sono delle attenzioni che non è facile trovare in tutti i ristoranti. Ci torneremo
