I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pretzhof, and it was an amazing, authentic Italian experience. The view is simply spectacular, adding a breathtaking backdrop to the meal. The ingredients used were out of this world, truly elevating each dish to another level. I loved every moment of this super unique experience. Pretzhof is indeed a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining adventure.

We became aware of the Pretzhof in the Pfitschtal near Vipiteno based on a special recommendation and were pleasantly surprised in every respect. The Mair family far exceeded our expectations. The first-class service presents the menu literally, and we trusted the chef to pamper us with culinary delights. This decision turned out to be excellent. The food and wine were first class. We were particularly impressed by the tour through the historic cellar vaults. Home-made cheese as well as homemade bacon and sausages mature here, and the wine treasury was impressive. Our visit was rounded off by our own farm shop. The coherence and atmosphere of the Pretzhof are remarkable and the hearty products are simply heavenly. We can only warmly recommend this culinary alpine farm and are already looking forward to our next visit.

We were there last night, homely but very professional atmosphere. Super welcome! It was just my wife and I with a 6 month old baby and they gave us a table for 6 so we could be nice and comfortable. They also entertained my daughter a bit and the owner gave her a little children's book. To us some flavored salt. As far as the cuisine is concerned, you are truly spoiled for choice considering that it is all done by them. Top quality. If we are in these areas again we will not fail to return. We definitely recommend it to everyone!! Thanks again to all the staff

Commenting on every single dish prepared with excellent ingredients and so much skill would be reductive if compared to Jessica's love and dedication in telling us about every dish proposed or served and to the depth of soul, altruism, solidarity towards others in need of attention of Mr. Carl who he welcomed us into his kingdom. When I confronted him in social, educational and cultural aspects of our young people, he literally hypnotized me, allowing me to read his kind soul in his eyes of solidarity towards those who, in this current digital world, simply need ancient and loving human attention.

What can I say, an enchanting location! Everything was very well looked after, especially the cuisine and the service. Traditional dishes cooked using the raw materials grown and raised by them. And at the end you can take a tour of their shop where you can find many products. Go there is worth it!

Today we were disappointed for the second time in a row. It felt better before. The menu is now significantly longer, but some of the food is no longer freshly prepared but is pre-produced and regenerated if necessary...

Ulli and Karl have been running one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Alps here for many years. Ulli's cuisine - especially the warm starters - paired with Karl's wine cellar and the extremely friendly service make every visit an unforgettable experience and when you leave, you'll be looking forward to the next visit.
