We found this completely by accident! We just happened to see it as we walked up the main road. Its easy to miss. Attentive staff and great food at a fair price in a quiet, shaded square. Fantastic wine as well. Its definitely worth a visit.

One of the few bars in Pisa that doesn't cater to tourists, but is mostly frequented by locals. I ordered the classic platter, with assorted bruschetta and exceptionally high-quality cured meats. It's a shame about the drink (I ordered sangria), which I didn't particularly enjoy, but for €3 it's still decent. The location is also excellent, in the heart of Pisa's nightlife. I recommend it to everyone!!!

This is a nice bar. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the tower. Good drinks, cheaper than other bars. I tried Hugo Spritz. Friendly waiter. Free snacks/waiting. Highly recommended.

11/01/2026: I go there almost exclusively for the fried food, which is overwhelming: brains, rabbit, remade chops,... The quality of everything else is very good, though. Very nice atmosphere and professionalism in the kitchen and dining room. More than reasonable prices. I can't wait to go back!
02/01/2026: The atmosphere is lovely, with limited seating, and very unique, with dedications on the interior walls from past figures. The food is plentiful and very good, of excellent quality.

20/12/2025: Everything was very good, the staff were friendly, it's a shame they didn't give you the recipe... If you don't mind, they sell it for 200,000 euros 🐦
