Admittedly, our first impression wasn't convincing. But we were completely wrong: the sausages, potato salad, pumpkin soup, piadina, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and pastries were excellent! The service was also incredibly friendly. All in all, a perfect break and snack. Thank you so much, and see you next time!

We had a delicious meal and the portions were huge. We couldn't finish it all. We even got a free ice cream afterward because it was the end of the season.

Contrary to previous reviews, we got a seat straight away (on a Thursday afternoon around 2:45 p.m.) and were served immediately after hailing the waiter.

12/11/2025: I was there a few days ago. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service excellent, and the food very good. Prices were a little high at first, but considering the portions, they were average! It's a shame it's so far away, otherwise I'd gladly return often.
19/10/2025: The chestnut soup was delicious and enough for two. The pizza was tasty. The crowning glory was the tiramisu!

25/10/2025: A true insider tip in a beautiful location. The food was not only delicious but also arrived surprisingly quickly – perfect for a stop after a hike. The super friendly service is particularly noteworthy: attentive, warm, and with a smile. You immediately feel welcome. We'd love to come back!
15/10/2025: We were there at the beginning of October, and I have nothing but good things to say. The food was delicious, we received good service, and the hut's location on the way to the Großer and Kleiner Kornigl is convenient. The prices are very fair! If I remember correctly, €3.50 for a half-liter of beer, which you hardly get anywhere else these days. There's also a swing and goats, which the kids loved.
