Our stay was fantastic, hotel staff is professional and very polite. I would suggest everyone to take a stay at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and spa was great.

Very nice breakfast and dinner with very nice staff who take care of all your concerns. Communication in German Italian English is perfectly possible. There are activities organized by the hotel every day if you want and a shuttle runs to and from the ski slopes if desired.

My wife and I spent three days at this property. Both my wife and I say F A L O S O. Upon our arrival at the hotel, MRS. WACHTLER received us and in an ELEGANT, POLITE, COURTEOUS AND AT THE SAME TIME PROFESSIONAL manner, WELCOME US TO THE STRUCTURE LISTING THE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE HOTEL. GUESTS. The CIELO room we booked was TRULY BEAUTIFUL, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The bathroom was large, clean, with a beautiful shower. During the continuation of our stay we had the opportunity to be ACCOMPANIED IN A SUPERB MANNER by Mrs. Barbara WACHTLER who ALWAYS provided us with EXCELLENT ADVICE REGARDING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE STRUCTURE. THE WELLNES AREA IS SPECIAL WITH THE CORRIDOR WITH THE HISTORY OF THE WACHTLER FAMILY ON THE WALLS and many ancient paintings. The RELAXATION area, the POOL area, the BEAUTY area, the FITNESS area, the SAUNA area, ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL AND EXCELLENTLY MAINTAINED. As regards the dining room and the staff we found EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY AND ALWAYS POLITE MANNERS IN ORDER TO SATISFY EVERY NEED. We also owe compliments to the staff who look after the bar EXCELLENTLY. The initiatives supported and implemented by the KITCHEN STAFF were splendid (THE EVENING OF THE SOUPS BUFFET WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND EXCELLENT SURPRISE) We offer our MOST SINCERE COMPLIMENTS TO THE WACHTLER FAMILY WHO WITH PASSION AND COMMITMENT HAVE CREATED WITH TIME AND PATIENCE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURE AND IT HAS ASSEMBLED THE BEST IN EVERY SECTOR OF ITS STAFF. Excellent friendly staff, we have been coming to you for 3 years and we have a great time

I have not stayed directly here but in a structure adjacent to the hotel in question. Always managed by the same owner who was very kind throughout our stay, both she and her wonderful staff. They take care of the customer with care and try to solve every problem . From the little I was able to see the structure seems very new and welcoming and also has its own spa and private parking reserved for customers. Adults only

Esperienza sempre meravigliosa! È il secondo anno che mia figlia ed io veniamo in questo splendido hotel che si distingue per la capacità di unire uno stile raffinato e moderno al clima di accoglienza familiare, in sintonia con un raro paesaggio naturalistico . Le camere sono dotate di ogni confort, la SPA è bellissima e Jessica, responsabile della zona Beauty, è eccellente! Raro trovare un massaggio e trattamenti viso così professionali, specifici e rilassanti. La cucina ? Colazione ricca , abbondante e di ottima qualità dal salato al dolce . Noi abbiamo amato in particolare la macedonia di frutta fresca , le torte artigianali e l’attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari . La cena è superba : quest’anno è cambiato lo chef . Quello dello scorso anno era una prima stella Michelin, ottimo ! Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto lo Chef di questo anno : capace di coniugare raffinatezza con i sapori e gli odori del posto. Proposte sempre diverse e molto varie ! Oltre ai sapori, la presentazione dei piatti è eccellente. In particolare abbiamo amato il ramen in versione dolomitica , il goulash ( FANTASTICO! Servito Con frutti di bosco e cioccolato ) i ravioli a mezzaluna. Sono sempre presenti proposte per vegetariani , variegate è buonissime. Il servizio è gentile e sempre attento Un grazie speciale a Barbara !! Oltre alla calda accoglienza, un’ ottima consigliera per le escursioni ! Grazie!! Torneremo presto !!
