Neat and clean room, excellent location just steps from the historic center and the Christmas markets, conveniently located near public transportation, covered parking nearby, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) is questionable. Otherwise, a solid hotel close to the center.

We spontaneously booked a night at the hotel (we were passing through). The staff was very nice and friendly, and the room was also very clean. Upon arrival, we asked how long we could stay in the garage the next day, as we still wanted to see the city. The next day, at the cable car, we learned that some hotels have guest cabins. These would have allowed us to use the cable car and narrow-gauge railway for free. We didn't have this card and had to pay the full €40 for two people! Since the hotel, which isn't cheap anyway, didn't tell us about this, we're reducing our otherwise top rating accordingly. This isn't fair.

Good hotel, rather on the outskirts of the city!

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes from the city center. I stayed in a ground-floor apartment. It was clean. The only downside was that upon arrival, there was a terrible smell that recurred the following days. Perhaps it was the living room carpet. Otherwise, everything was fine. Free parking is available in the square and surrounding areas, or you can park on the street or in a covered parking lot for €9 per day.

(I can be kidding myself.) The Asian girl at check-in, on the other hand, was quite nice. However, the red-haired old woman should get further training in the hotel industry. For the price, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

We only stayed one night, but we were extremely satisfied. Excellent location close to the city center. The hotel also provides the Bolzano Card for free use of public transport. Discounted parking is available just a few meters away. Spacious and very comfortable room with a large bathroom. Restaurant with a wide selection and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for stays in Bolzano.
