The result: a bite crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and with a modern touch that respects tradition. The establishment combines an elegant atmosphere, good music, and a carefully selected Sicilian wines, ideal for a long aperitif or a stylish, informal dinner. The place is very nice. We went there one evening while there was a concert. The food isn't typical of the area and isn't anything special. We had a very generous club sandwich and the sails with bottarga. The potatoes were good. I drank a Marsala-based cocktail; the mint was rotten. The draft beer selection was very varied. Friendly service.

A relaxing and welcoming location, right in the city center but away from the tourist bustle, with an enviable outdoor space. The interior, obviously less busy in the summer, is beautiful and classy. We ate really well and abundantly, for a fair price. Excellent beer selection and a professional and knowledgeable bartender (the Americano with beer vermouth was truly satisfying!) Impeccable service and friendly staff; we felt completely at ease. Excellent music selection. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend an evening, have dinner, or enjoy an aperitivo.
