Great pork sandwich here. I got the Classico which does not come with sauce so it felt a little dry, but otherwise the great tasting pork and freshly toasted sandwich are incredible.

Fantastic sandwich. Lovely staff. They serve it warm, the salsa verde is tasty and watching staff slice up the porchetta was cool.

Stopped by mainly because we keep walking past it near our hotel. They serve a wonderful pork sandwich. We ordered an Assisiano that has the pork shoulder with rocket and balsamic on a roll. The sandwich was not too large but it was not stingy with the meat either. The meat was moist with just enough fat. There a bit of the fried crackling in it as well for a nice salty crunch. A hidden gem and we can't wait to try more.

Delicious 😋 A wonderful place in the center of Rome. A wonderful culinary discovery, an excellent and hearty sandwich made with fresh ingredients (the meat is excellent). The staff is friendly (special mention to the young waitress with glasses). Very good value for money. I recommend it for a quick and tasty snack.

We got the porchetta without the bread, and it was so flavorful. All the herbs were infused in the meat. I highly recommend getting just the pork.

I ordered the Norcino. Was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. Pork was tender and juicy. Bread was perfectly toasted so has crunch outside but soft inside. And the green sauce was amazing. Will definitely be back.

13/12/2025: The cuisine is excellent and consistently tasty, with carefully selected suppliers. Great passion in the kitchen and in the dining room. Relaxed atmosphere and... love of music. Definitely one of the places that have improved the neighborhood in recent years!
10/12/2025: I made a last-minute reservation with my family to grab a quick dinner and head home. We ate outside (covered and closed) with the outdoor mushrooms warming the atmosphere. We had excellent boiled meatballs, my children had two EXCEPTIONAL bacon cheeseburger sandwiches, gnocchi with artichokes, and pasta and potatoes. There was a table next to us with English people. I was amazed by the owner, a very kind and polite person who, in addition to speaking excellent English, explained the dishes and the ingredients without any strange improvisations. He knew what he was talking about and was also very knowledgeable about the wines, their provenance, and the production process. What can I say? We'll definitely be back. Giuliano
