We stopped by by chance. The atmosphere is like the old west, charming and friendly. The rolls arrived hot and crispy, and they were truly delicious. 😋 The porchetta from Ariccia is second to none, even though it's not made by them. The filling is delicious. It's a great location at the Valmontone and Velletri highway exit, right on the road with parking. Next time, it'll be a tasty stop. I recommend it for a quick break.

When I come to Valmontone hospital I always go to this bar, clean professional staff and above all prices never seen in the whole of Lazio for an excellent product. I recommend it for the friendliness, professionalism and excellent prices in relation to the quality it deserves all the stars.

We've come here several times; it's convenient because we exit the highway to get gas and stop here. Hot porchetta sandwiches are served at the tables, nice and filling, and good quality. Once, we found it closed, so we went somewhere else, but the porchetta wasn't even half as good.

02/06/2026: Tullio was suggested by our concierge. Never obvious as to the integrity of the recommendation regardless of the city you find yourself in. The Tratoria was buzzing with activity. You are greeted at the entrance with a full view of a wood-fired grill with Fiorentinas patiently queuing to be admitted to the party! A reassuring sight for the carnivore! We are attended to by a Joe Pesci look-alike down to the squeaky voice, as well! The carciofi were excellent and we were fortunate to catch the tail-end of the first season. That entrance sealed the deal on the Fiorentina which did not disappoint. Good vibe and great Roman cuisine.
26/05/2026: Booking through the official website is very convenient and offers multiple language options. It was also fortunate that I managed to book. I recommend booking/requesting an indoor table. The Truffle Pasta was incredibly delicious, and the ribeye steak was tender and flavorful. The service, attitude, and ambiance were also quite comfortable this time. (I forgot the beginning and the end, but in short, this episode was amazing!)

01/11/2025: A lovely trattoria outside the city walls. From the outdoor tables, at the edge of an olive grove, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Roman countryside, from Mount Soratte to Terminillo. Excellent preparations. They also serve pizza for lunch. The grilled meats are delicious. Friendly staff and fast service. Average prices.
