Porca Vacca In Salerno

It tastes great, the meat is very tender but the name is misleading with the famous chain of the same name.

I found the staff at the restaurant to be very helpful and professional. The food was excellent, the meat was sublime, and the desserts were truly top-notch. We had a great time… we appreciated their kindness and helpfulness even though we hadn't booked… we recommend everyone to try the delicacies of this restaurant.

Excellent grill. Wide selection of quality meats.

I've only been here once, but when some relatives were in Salerno and asked me for recommendations, this grill was the first place I thought of. The meat was truly excellent, cooked to perfection. They were pleasantly surprised by the price, quantity, and quality of the meat they ate. If I ever get back to Salerno, I'll definitely be back.

Even though the restaurant was quite busy, the service was quick and attentive. We had two Angus steaks with two sides. The meat was excellent. The desserts could be improved, but overall, it was a good dinner. We recommend it.

Nice experience, very kind welcome and the food, the Marchigiana was excellent, perfectly cooked, I remembered the black pig being better, all in all a nice lunch if you want to eat good meat I recommend it

We were staying a a Home Exchange around the corner. I had jumped in the shower after a long day in Pompei and said "I fancy meat instead of pasta/pizza and can't be bothered to walk into the old town". My hubby found me this place. Its actually a butchers! We were the first people there and got so much attention - figure not many tourists that end of town but they had English menus. We had individual meals and they were just perfect but the table next to us shared a whole big piece of meat with sauces and a frying plate and just some simple, no doubt amazing quality, olive oil. If we ever return to Salerno we will be back. Fabulous find! Many thanks team. Oh and they gave great wine suggestions too. In fact the whole back wall is full of wine.

A distinguished and elegant location. Excellent quality ingredients. Qualified staff who know how to offer the right advice. A must-see if you're passing through Salerno.
