We went to Poppella's based on all the hype on social media, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to the hype. We tried several versions of the Fiocco di Neve, both the classic and the chocolate one: they were good, yes, but nothing extraordinary enough to justify all the hype surrounding them. The staff also didn't make the visit particularly pleasant: they were listless, almost annoyed, as if they didn't want to have customers. A shame, because with a little more hospitality, the experience would have been much better. Overall, the desserts were decent but not memorable, and the service was lacking.

We tried a few times fhe "fiocco di neve". The classic fiocco by far was the best for us and then the one with pistacchio. The price for one item is €2 which is pricy but it is worth trying it. It is not very sweet and is so small, so you want to eat immediately the second one!

I have to say the cloud was really good, not quite by my standards because it's really sweet, but I definitely expected it to be smaller. Must try!

20/12/2025: More than just a bar, it's a true place where you'll be pampered by the kindness of the staff and the quality food. Try the homemade croissant and brioche with Nutella, as well as the excellent coffee.
03/12/2025: Clean and welcoming atmosphere, excellent quality products, from breakfast to rich aperitifs... all at super affordable prices. The impeccable staff... kind, friendly, attentive to the customer's needs.
