The classic rolls are already a guarantee in themselves: excellent freshness, precise cuts, well-balanced ingredients, no excess rice, but only authentic taste and first-rate raw materials. But the real surprise comes when you get off the beaten track. Driven by curiosity, I decided to let myself be carried away by the proposal of hot cuisine and raw fish: a revelation. Dishes such as meat skewers (chicken and beef) - with a complex but harmonious aromatic profile - and a selection of raw fish prepared at the counter in family style, tell a story made of attention, research and passion. Everything plays in balance between well-calibrated contrasts: between crunchy textures and umami delicacies, between flavor, sweetness and acidity, in a dance of flavors that is never banal. I've eaten here three times now. Twice in November and the last time was 13 days ago. Because the weather was nice, I was able to sit outside in the sun. The service is very friendly and the food is delicious. I had the "sashimi" menu. What you get is quite a lot, but not too much for me, because many dishes are light. (I'm not a big eater). Very nice, very kind owners. Japanese and Chinese cuisine, great variety of choice. We are always happy to come back. Good sushi and Chinese dishes for those who don't like Japanese. Watch out for clothes that taste a little like food afterwards.

Ottimo ristorante, pulito, piatti squisiti e personale gentilissimo. Unica pecca da quando hanno ristrutturato il ristorante (comunque molto carino) i tavoli per 2 persone sono troppo, ma tropo piccoli. Consiglierei vivamente di aggiungere ai tavoli una mensola da poter tirare (e chiudere) fuori in caso di neccessità, onde poter appoggiare le diverse ciottole e poter mangiare piu'rilassatemento.
