So I can say that there were some technical problems because I had ordered a mini Bag and a large Bag through TooGoodtoGo. Only after calling the store did they tell me they didn't have any products available, but they still left the "buy a box" option active. The staff was friendly but had no idea how to manage the order. The employee said, "Only the owner uses the app, and we don't know anything about the orders. I'll call him now and see." Well, after receiving the confirmation and paying, they rejected the large Bag at the last minute. They emphasized again on my next call that they had no idea how it worked and that I had to "make do with it," as the employee said. It was a truly sad experience, considering I know the Pompi line for its fame and professionalism. But with this situation, they showed a lack of professionalism. I have nothing against the mini Bag products, as they were good and well packaged.
