Food should be served hot. I've eaten it poorly several times. The McChicken, obviously, only comes with two lettuce leaves... why do fast food outlets put more? The sandwiches aren't as rigorous as they're known to be. Low willingness to work.

This is one of two locations in Pomezia and my favorite, located in a more commercial-industrial area. It's generally quiet and popular with families, compared to the other one, which is more central and therefore more popular with teenagers. The last time I went, the sandwiches were a little dry, but usually everything is good. I almost always get takeout, but I've occasionally stayed inside and noticed some tables were a bit dirty; but I understand that the place is big and you can't fit everywhere. The staff is also very kind and friendly, never a single person is rude, even at McCafè and Drive-Thru.

For the waitress who came to the table next to mine today, and smiling at the children, she said, "Hi beautiful people, look what I have for you" for the Happy Meals. - She was beautiful too :)

the food is the usual MC, but the service is excellent, the staff very kind and helpful, first MC where I was asked if I want napkins or straws at the table, compliments to the management.

Fast but not exceptional, it doesn't make you want to come back, but then you do.

Great experience! This morning I came for a quick breakfast, Simone who was in charge of breakfasts was very kind and super fast with all the orders he had at that moment, he was always very kind to everyone! Thank you, I will be back very soon 😊

Nice atmosphere, waitress Reena, super kind, always smiling....good food.....recommended!!

Positive experience at the drive when in the evening the line is very long in addition to the totem to make orders they provide an employee outside equipped with a tablet who takes orders in support. The kitchen is very fast needless to say.
