Every time we come to Rome, we always stop at this pastry shop which is better than many others in Rome... all the desserts are delicious. For example, the Babà and Sacher are phenomenal, the Babà filled with real rum!!!! ❤️

Always high-quality ingredients combined in an excellent way. I recently had an ice cream after not being in the city for years, and the taste hasn't changed; on the contrary...the flavors are still authentic. The pastry shop's desserts are equally delicious. You can't go wrong stopping by here for a sweet treat!

Blackberry semifreddo cake is simply amazing! The photo doesn't do justice to the deliciousness. We think Polozzi Pastry Shop is the best in town.

Reposting this review after many years to confirm the well-deserved 5 stars. I find the quality of their products to be top-notch, both the pastries and the ice creams. The pistachio is wonderful, the tarts are addictive, and the traditional pastries are each better than the last. You can tell by the quality of the ingredients, which only those who want to give their all and are passionate about their work choose. Without taking anything away from other excellent competitors, for me it continues to be an absolute benchmark. Go and try it! Easy parking in the Piazza della Rocca opposite.

Excellent ice cream shop, and from what we could smell, the pastry shop is no less. The ice cream is DELICIOUS. We were directed by the locals, since we were visiting Viterbo as tourists, and we must say that they were absolutely right. If you happen to be in Viterbo, do not miss tasting and then you will judge.

11/09/2025: A charming rustic-style restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The dishes are impeccably prepared. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.
