Nothing to say! The chicken is delicious, the food is great, but above all, the staff and service are amazing! All the girls at Pollo Alegre are kind, friendly, and above all, incredibly nice! I highly recommend you go there. Kudos to Claudia and Marika, the two blondes at Pollo Alegre (who are incredibly nice, I hope you go there when they're on duty! 😂).

Excellent shop on the La Spezia Terraces, part of a chain founded in Guatemala that serves delicious fried chicken—which the staff call halal—fried and grilled, as well as chips, sandwiches, piadinas, mixed platters, side dishes, and desserts.

The food is indescribable; you have to try it to believe how delicious it is. The service is good. There's always a long line on weekends, so you have to wait a bit, but it's worth it for that chicken. I recommend the MIX ALEGRE, which is enough for two people—a truly complete dish. Finally, the staff: compliments to the girls for their beauty, and also for the professionalism and kindness they show towards customers. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I'd say they're just people with difficult lives who don't know how to appreciate anything. In any case, the service is very good, although you could increase the staff a bit.

I don't understand all these negative reviews. I've been eating at this restaurant since 2013, when it was called "Pollo Campero." I can't fault the food, it's divine. The service has always been top-notch and they continue to improve every time. Now it's called "Pollo Alegre," but the quality and service haven't changed. The staff is always helpful and very courteous, as well as incredibly kind. Many of the people who write reviews are just people who don't know how to wait. Negative comments should be reviewed by a professional. People are good at talking nonsense. Anyway, they're the best.
