Beautiful birthday party! Cinzia is a wonderful person. From the first phone call, she proved to be helpful and attentive to the client's needs. In person, she only confirmed that first impression... truly a person of rare kindness and thoughtfulness. She and her staff made my daughter's party memorable, and it was enjoyed by adults and children alike. I received so many compliments on the beautiful party, the good food, the very welcoming and clean environment, the kids loved the dedicated area with bouncers and various games, and finally, the icing on the cake was the baby cooking, which involved and thrilled all the kids. What can I say? It's worth trying again and again. We had a great time. The staff, led by Mrs. Cinzia, were all smiling, professional, and very kind. The lunch was excellent, both in quantity and quality, and also at a good price. The kids' experience was extraordinary. We'll definitely be back.

I celebrated my son's birthday (4 years old) on Sunday, January 4, 2026. Excellent organization, as was the service, which wasn't easy considering the presence of 21 children between the ages of 3 and 5. Helpful and attentive staff. Adequate atmosphere and prices.

I went with friends for the first time on Friday, January 2nd, on a perhaps slightly unusual evening. I'll start by saying that I'm not a fan of pizzerias with big screens, a football match playing in the background, and karaoke. We asked to be seated near the kids' area, primarily because of the distance from the karaoke and, no less importantly, the lack of children. The service deserves special mention: the friendliness, professionalism, and cheerfulness of Wilson, our waiter, alone would be worth a 5/5 rating. We ordered a pizza round, and I must say that the pizzas were anything but bad; on the contrary: the dough was decidedly good and well-crafted. The place is perfect for fun-filled evenings with friends or for special occasions (as advertised). I was impressed by the very large parking lot. Pollicino is a casual, down-to-earth place, run with professionalism and great courtesy.
