The best chicken I've ever eaten, tasty, tender, and flavorful. The rotisserie is also good, but the chicken stands out from all the others I've tried (both in the north and south). The place is also beautiful and well-kept, with a truly pleasant Christmassy atmosphere. It's a shame there's very little seating inside, but we were fine with it!

The miniatures were good. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience wasn't entirely positive due to the way a simple request was handled. Let me explain: At 4:30 PM, I called to order 25 miniatures for takeout, specifying that I'd pick them up around 7:45-8:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, I called back politely asking if it was possible to reduce the order from 25 to 20 pieces. The response was that it wasn't possible to remove any pieces because there was confusion, the order had already been packaged, and they couldn't "unpack and reseal the package." I accepted without a fuss. When I picked it up, however, I noticed that the miniatures were simply inside the pizza-style cardboard box, without tape or seals. All I needed to do was open the box and remove five pieces, something I'd been told was impossible. I repeat: the products are good, but it's a shame that careless customer service ruined the experience. A little more availability and clarity would have made a difference. Price: 25 pieces €36

I didn't think to take photos but as always there is nothing to complain about... We ate chicken, rotisserie, baked potatoes! The only criticism is that I love salmoriglio and if you really have to say it all, the one provided only tasted of oil and little lemon flavouring and the oil is certainly not olive oil... but having said that, gentlemen, drink and eat it all, it's worth it!

If there were more stars, I'd click them all! You're in the chaos of the city and accidentally stumble upon this oasis of typical, delicious food and more. A variety of Palermitan appetizers and specially crafted first and second courses. All enhanced by the professionalism and courtesy of the young, beautiful employees behind the counter. A special mention to Martina, not only because she treated me to an equally delicious donut. In short, a breath of quality and harmony in one place... and as the saying goes, "Calories are only in your head." An experience I highly recommend to anyone passing through and living in Palermo!
