A journey through time…
A place where you breathe an era, which I personally haven't even experienced, but perfectly represented by the easy-going way of doing things of those who know how to work and have a passion for what they do, by a dessert trolley that is rarely found and which presents the classic desserts seen by me only in 80s films.
Furthermore, both the pan pizzas and the farinata are excellent (I'm Genoese and I struggle to find it so good in my city); the staff is very friendly both in the dining room and in the kitchen and I underline that just by complimenting the farinata, an additional portion arrived at the table. What can I say: I then checked the history of the place and it couldn't have been better! Great, we stumbled upon this historic venue by chance, at a quarter past ten on a Saturday evening, and wish it were more often that we "find ourselves" in these situations.

Excellent pizza, with different types of flours. You can taste the pizza both in the pan and in the wood-fired oven. The place is a bit small but welcoming and the staff are also super helpful. Excellent draft beer and fair prices for a pizza.... Finally a place where you can eat a square without being robbed ❤️ we will be back ❤️

The offer of different doughs gives the place a very high rating as, in addition to the classics, there is also gluten-free dough, both in pan and shovel format.
I give my choice, wholemeal focaccia with lard, a solid 10!
The base is excellent, covered with very soft lard.
I will definitely be back!

Locale senza fronzoli, tipicamente inserito nel contesto rionale che così vuole, la pizzeria Poldo propone pizze croccanti con cornicione sottile, oppure pizze al tegamino. Ottima la farinata. Personale sveglio e cortese, addetto a un locale sempre o spesso affollato. Prezzi onesti e per questo quattro palle tenuto conto del mangiare anche soddisfacente.
