Pokeria by NIMA (Ponte Carraia) In Firenze

A nice place with quite full poke and good products, I have been there several times and I have never been disappointed, until today, there was a girl I had seen before, totally incompetent, she made us a bad taco twice, then she made it empty and forgot the guacamole sauce, we realized after a bite that some things were missing, and she made a move to fill the bitten taco, when we asked her to do it again she huffed in front of us and still made it wrong, at that point hungry we ate and that was it. We were hungry because we entered at about 9:20 and left at 10:20 and we took take-out, we did not eat there. A fantastic place, but this one should be sent away because she does not know how to work, she huffs in the face of customers and above all she is totally incompetent. I recommend the place

I'm a student, now I'm always there after school. I'm very fussy about food. Excellent service and welcoming staff too. For us students there is also a student card with a discount. Highly recommend and also great place for stories.

Every time I come to Florence it is one of the places I always return to. A little crowded at lunch time. Excellent place and kind and smiling staff. I recommend Cantonese rice.

This place is definitely one of the best pokerias in Florence. However, ordering on Deliveroo is like a 50/50 % chance of it being a bad poké bowl or a gorgeous one. Most of the time it’s good and generous portions, but sometimes the bowls look like they are half empty. Quite disappointing when you’re paying 14€ for a poké bowl :) Would give it 5 stars if they always delivered the same standards.
