This place is definitely one of the best pokerias in Florence. However, ordering on Deliveroo is like a 50/50 % chance of it being a bad poké bowl or a gorgeous one. Most of the time it’s good and generous portions, but sometimes the bowls look like they are half empty. Quite disappointing when you’re paying 14€ for a poké bowl :) Would give it 5 stars if they always delivered the same standards.

I stopped for a takeaway poke, the guys were very polite, smiling and above all fast, high quality poke ingredients won me over, next time I will stop to eat there the place is very very nice and clean

I got the poke on Glovo. I think it's one of the best pokes in Florence. There is a lot of choice and you can feel that the fish is fresh. Advise!

24/02/2025: Really good, but I recommend the managers to add rice spaghetti, I couldn't have any type of pasta or ramen as I'm celiac
19/01/2025: The fish is always fresh and the staff always friendly. I have been frequenting Rakutei for years and it has never disappointed me, including the outdoor summer loggia.

08/03/2025: Sushi good but not exceptional and even the Chinese dishes weren't that great. Fast service
19/02/2025: Good AYCE sushi, nice robot that helps the staff, good order delivery, agile service also thanks to the tablet with which you can order. The only flaw is that the environment is a little cold for my tastes, next time maybe I will ask for a less outside table
