Pokè Factory In Modena

I celebrated my birthday dinner with my family by ordering poké from the website and picking it up at the restaurant to take home. The poké were all delicious, with truly top-quality ingredients: my parents ate poké for the first time and were thrilled! My brother and I tried new ingredients we hadn't tried elsewhere, and we were also completely satisfied with our meal, undoubtedly one of the best poké we've ever had (the tofu in my poké was truly delicious, and that's not so common). We ordered at 8:15 PM, and by 8:25 PM everything was ready at the restaurant: the staff is really fast, punctual, and extremely kind, which makes the experience even better. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I absolutely had to! I highly recommend this experience 🙏

The food is very good, the price is very good, and the customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend eating here for fans of Korean food :D

The service was excellent, I was in a panic because I couldn't find my credit card and the girl serving me reassured me without judging me until I realized I had it in my pocket 😂. Delicious poke and ditto the service, in other places they wouldn't have reacted the same way.

The young man on duty was impeccable: polite, kind, and always attentive without ever being intrusive. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his welcoming and professional manner. It's rare to find such genuine customer care, and it truly deserves recognition. Kudos to him and the restaurant for having such people on the team.

Today my husband and I went to the center of Modena for the Tyrolean markets, and given the long lines at the food stands and the somewhat "heavy" food, we decided to eat here. It was an experience we'd definitely repeat. The food was good, fresh, and reasonably priced. The location inside is a shame; it's very small, with only two tables and stools, but it was very cold outside, and the tables didn't have heaters. Kudos to the young man who served us... kind, helpful, and very quick with his preparations, truly brilliant! Recommended for a casual but delicious meal.

We had a poke, which was very good, with high-quality, fresh ingredients. One of the few, if not the only, poke place in Modena that stays open until after 9:30 PM.
