I'm sure it's a wonderful place and personally not been there. Reading the reviews I see this is another establishment that makes you wear a stupid hat in the water when it isn't necessary, just to make extra money. we now opted to go elsewhere.

Let me start by saying that I've been to the Cerreta spa many times and have always been satisfied.
Unfortunately, this time the staff and service weren't up to par: they were uninterested and unwelcoming, not at all appropriate for such a beautiful facility.
I'm very sorry, but this time we didn't feel at ease.

I stayed in this paradise with my sister at the beginning of November. Our children gave us the stay as a gift, and after looking at the property online, we already had an idea of the wonder that awaited us. But once we arrived, it was much better. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, the park, and the restaurant. Special praise goes to Francesco, who served us with great courtesy and clearly knows his craft! 🤗

Terme con easy lunch, cena e prima colazione. Tutto superbo, location immersa nel verde, cucina strepitosa sia come qualità e senza lesinare sulle porzioni. Bravissima quindi la giovane chef e tutto lo staff spre pronti a soddisfare richieste ed esigenze. Torneremo con amici
