We were your guests on June 1st and 2nd on the occasion of the master class with Maestro Muti in Ravenna, present in your structure as a group of choristers with great satisfaction.

At the reception everyone is very, very friendly and helpful: you can feel a real attention to the needs of the customer, something that is no longer a given. I take away one star for the breakfast, typically Italian, with lots of cakes and sweets, but lacking in fruit. Even ordering in advance, I was served the same old apple, and I had to ask to change it. No fruit salad, nor variety. A real shame, considering that in the nearby shops you can find fresh fruit of all kinds: colorful, juicy and inviting. A small improvement in this aspect would make the experience really complete, at least for us Swiss :-)

We just got back home from our very short vacation, but I can only be happy with these days spent at the Plaza! Everyone was very kind, from the reception, to the waiters, to the bartenders and the cleaning ladies! Very good at their job! Spacious triple room with a top balcony!! Restaurant with many options and also very good!! And they also pay attention to the little ones, even the really very little ones! We will return as soon as possible!

Hotel located in an enviable position in Lido degli Estensi. Rooms with sea view, very convenient location also to reach the avenue full of shops. Some friends of mine stayed there and they had a great time
