Unfortunately, when it's too crowded, you'll see people doing everything they can to get past the line: ticket exchanges, known friends who work on site who offer favors, mandatory checks by other customers who don't believe it's your turn. On the other hand, the place and the staff are excellent, so you don't have to think about the food, which is a reference point for most people... I'd go back any day, highly recommended!
