The pizza course at this pizzeria was an absolute highlight! As soon as you enter, you can see how much passion goes into the work here. We were shown step by step how to mix the perfect pizza dough, knead it properly, and then roll it out the traditional way. It was especially exciting to try out the different techniques ourselves – with lots of helpful tips from the pros. There were no limits when it came to toppings either: from classic ingredients to creative combinations, everything was fresh and high-quality. At the end, our pizzas were baked and we were able to enjoy them together in a convivial atmosphere – an all-round successful evening with great discussions, lots of laughter, and, of course, fantastic food. I can recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn the secrets of authentic Italian pizza. Highly recommended – for both beginners and those with some experience!
