Pizzissima In Formia

The best pizza by the slice in the southern Pontine area... polite and friendly staff.

"Pizzissima" is a great place to grab affordable pizza by the slice inside the Itaca Shopping Center. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, from classic to cold. They also offer rolls, fried pizzas, and Neapolitan sandwiches. I especially recommend the pumpkin pizza and the eggplant and stracciata pizza—truly delicious!

The pizza is more like a pinsa, but it's excellent. The selection is varied. The staff is very kind and helpful (they even let us try some). For €42, we ate pizza for four adults and three children (there was even some left over, and it was delicious even reheated the next day).

Very tasty, actually it's a festival of flavors. Definitely worth trying and I'll try it again and again. Friendly staff and fair price.
