Excellent pizza! A welcoming place in any season. Highly recommended!

Characteristic building, welcoming staff even though we were the last ones of the evening, excellent pizza dough and the wood-fired oven does not disappoint expectations

Back in my hometown, after a wonderful day filled with art, I checked my receipt and ended the evening at this not-so-bad place. The only downside was the bill, which included three uneaten desserts. Too bad, the cashier clumsily added up the total. I wonder how that was possible. A little more attention wouldn't be a bad thing.

This pizzeria in the hamlet of Montesoffio is a wonderful surprise. The dough is soft and fragrant, and the toppings are made with top-quality ingredients. The wait can be a bit long compared to other pizzerias, but the perfect cooking and the care taken in preparing the food make up for it. The service is also very good.

It's a very nice place. This evening we had dinner with marinated anchovies, strozzapreti alla gricia, tagliatelline with beans, peach with ice cream, and meringue pie. Everything was delicious; I especially enjoyed the tagliatelline with beans and the peach with ice cream. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I've been to pizzerias quite a few times in my life, but after visiting this place, I can honestly say it was the first time I've ever truly tasted pizza. To all German tourists, or tourists from abroad in general, you'll understand what I mean once you've eaten at this restaurant. You could practically taste the love and effort that went into the food; I've never experienced anything like it before! It's such a tragedy that I live so far away…
