I ordered a takeout pizza from Just Eat. The service was very prompt. The pizza was good and had nice toppings. It's definitely better at a pizzeria; it arrived lukewarm at home.

There are many ways to understand pizza. For me, there's only one, unequivocal one. Neapolitan pizza, with its own specific rules. A wood-fired oven, a certain type of dough and leavening, the use of fiordilatte or buffalo mozzarella. There are pizzas cooked in an electric oven, the super-soft Spontini ones with a sheet of questionable yet seductive melted cheese, the very thin Roman ones, the ones unmolded by the excellent Egyptian pizza makers, with the specific weight of plutonium. I eat them, but I'll never write a review, because they remain mediocre for lunch and never rise to the poetry of a meal. The pizza at this pizzeria is cooked in an electric oven, and that already affects its quality. An electric pizza must be either triangular or rectangular. Round is deceiving. When you taste it, you can't quite tell where this pizza is going. It seems like in some bites it wants to be crispy and Tuscan, and in others it wants to be softer. It seems to be having a bit of an identity crisis. But tourists probably won't pay much attention to nuances.

Small pizzeria for a lunch break...nice...and good

We're not the only ones to have stumbled upon this little pizzeria, a far cry from the tourist "restaurants," with its excellent welcome, even though they're close to closing time. Delicious pizzas at very reasonable prices (cover charge €1!). We highly recommend it.
