The pizzeria is okay so far. Only a few ingredients were forgotten/omitted when ordering the pizza and that's why I can't give the pizza 5 stars. Ambience takes some getting used to. But this is normal in Italian conditions. But the hospitality and service are top.

Delicious pizza in a cozy atmosphere! And at the end an ice-cold herbal schnapps on the house - absolutely ideal for a snack before the ferry!!!

28/08/2024: Years later I rediscover the taste, quality, kindness and traditional and genuine flavours. If you want to be on the safe side, look no further. Various ways to eat mussels, fish and meat as well as pizza. The versatility of the menu does not affect expectations. Sardinia will remain more impressed by remembering the taste of what you can find at Il Salsero.
28/08/2024: BHA incredible tour around half of Italy but I've seen few places like this, welcome with a first level smile, all very kind staff, exceptional MUSSELS and everything else too!!! I believe it is the best in San Teodoro and I won't go any further so as not to offend other businesses in the area!
