A pizzeria that showcases the flavors of Campania in a natural yet sophisticated way. It's a pleasure to observe a genuine ability to continually renew itself without distorting its roots. The service is fast and punctual, and the staff is very kind and attentive to every request. Highly recommended ;)

Pizzeria Vino e Biga: excellent dough, thoughtful pairings, and great attention to detail. I ordered their version of the four-cheese pizza and found it surprising in its balance and personality: the slow-fermented fior di latte forms a delicate base, complemented by buffalo mozzarella, parmesan wafers, stracciatella, and shavings of Laticauda pecorino, with fig jam and extra virgin olive oil rounding out the sweet, fragrant finish. The dough is light, well-leavened, and highly digestible, making you want to eat every last bit. I also tried a Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella: balanced tomato, generous and creamy buffalo mozzarella, perfectly cooked. To finish the meal, I tried the Grisbiga: cocoa-filled montanarine filled with chocolate cream, a fun and delicious dessert without being heavy. The staff is friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable, attentive to the customer's needs without rushing or pressuring them to serve. The wine and beer selection is also excellent. Overall, a more than positive experience: top-notch pizzas, original desserts, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return and recommend the place to friends and colleagues.

Wide selection of pizzas; the sweet pizzas are also good; the wait on Saturdays is quite long. Reservations recommended.

The pizza was delicious, the desserts excellent, and the service was quick and impeccable despite the busy Saturday night crowd. We'll definitely be back.

Normally, there are influencer videos that over-hype these places. Good, but I don't know if I'd go again.

Eravamo un gruppo grande e ci hanno messo dentro perche nel pomeriggio aveva piovuto un po e anche se di sera non pioveva e c'era posto ci hanno lasciato li un po sacrificati,mancava del personale e si vedeva,servizio lento,piatti e bicchieri diversi ,tempi di attesa lunghi...pizza buona in compenso e hanno messo la coca cola classica finalmente e non solo la molecola.
