We stumbled upon it by word of mouth...we live 20 km away, so as usual, if we need to try a new pizza, we go on Wednesdays. Pleasant place, very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Two Ruota di Carro pizzas, one red and one yellow...to split!
Simply "PERFECT." From the crust, to the lightness of the "fragrant" dough, the top-quality fior di latte...as befits this place, it paired perfectly with the tomato sauce and the top-notch raw olive oil. What more can I say...in these dark and uncertain times? Long live the pizza artisans! See you soon!!! Fuel permitting!!!!!

We tried it by chance and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent pizza and a great selection of wines and beers. The appetizers and desserts were also good. I'll be back!

We discovered this pizzeria, which also offers a variety of pizzas showcasing the Matese region's products.
The combinations and textures are well thought out.
I chose the "Alta Campania" pizza, cooked in the traditional way, made with Matese oregano, Alife onions in two textures, Matese culatello, and Matese provolone.
Excellent.
A valid reason to travel a few extra kilometers to taste a DOC product.
I wasn't thrilled with the "roto" cooking method, nor the "cartwheel" cooking method.
I found the traditional method much better.
I also read that their Montanarine are spectacular.
They also make sweet pizzas and fried pizzas with papacelle!
The ingredients are high-quality.
We'll be back!
The only flaw is the service: the pizzas arrive at the table unsynchronized. There were four of us, and the arrivals were quite staggered. They could also use more precision when ordering.

Pizzeria Vino e Biga: excellent dough, thoughtful pairings, and great attention to detail.
I ordered their version of the four-cheese pizza and found it surprising in its balance and personality: the slow-fermented fior di latte forms a delicate base, complemented by buffalo mozzarella, parmesan wafers, stracciatella, and shavings of Laticauda pecorino, with fig jam and extra virgin olive oil rounding out the sweet, fragrant finish.
The dough is light, well-leavened, and highly digestible, making you want to eat every last bit.
I also tried a Margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella: balanced tomato, generous and creamy buffalo mozzarella, perfectly cooked.
To finish the meal, I tried the Grisbiga: cocoa-filled montanarine filled with chocolate cream, a fun and delicious dessert without being heavy.
The staff is friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable, attentive to the customer's needs without rushing or pressuring them to serve.
The wine and beer selection is also excellent.
Overall, a more than positive experience: top-notch pizzas, original desserts, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return and recommend the place to friends and colleagues.
