Discovered by chance during a trip to Alife for an evening music and wine event, on an unusually cold—in fact, bitterly cold—Friday in early October, we took refuge in this place, already extremely attractive for its modern and elegant decor. Despite not having booked, we managed to secure a table for four in the dining room. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious pizzas, made with quality ingredients and arranged in an original way, and the montanarine alla genovese (with Alife onions). Quick and very attentive service, fair prices.

Dinner for two. Average fried food. Pizza with pastrami and zucchini flowers (I've attached a photo), very good. Light dough. I recommend baking it in a pan. Friendly staff. Excellent wine. I'll be back.

A nice and welcoming place, with plenty of outdoor seating. The pizzas are delicious, with light dough and carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, as are the cheeses, cured meats, and appetizers. A good selection of wines and beers, and the service is prompt and efficient. Highly recommended. Compared to previous visits, I've saved a little room for the dessert pizza. Try the cocoa-based dough montanarine. Superb.

We ate various pizzas during an evening with colleagues, tasting all the pizzas on the menu, taking a slice each, thus being able to enjoy a large portion. Everything was top-notch. Even the dessert pizzas, which I must say, were a very good novelty. When I'm in the area, I will definitely go there again.

Eravamo un gruppo grande e ci hanno messo dentro perche nel pomeriggio aveva piovuto un po e anche se di sera non pioveva e c'era posto ci hanno lasciato li un po sacrificati,mancava del personale e si vedeva,servizio lento,piatti e bicchieri diversi ,tempi di attesa lunghi...pizza buona in compenso e hanno messo la coca cola classica finalmente e non solo la molecola.

Esperienza estremamente positiva presso la pizzeria Vino e Biga. L’ambiente è accogliente e ben curato, il servizio attento e cordiale. La qualità della pizza è eccellente: l’impasto risulta leggero, ben lievitato e altamente digeribile, con un equilibrio perfetto tra gusto e consistenza. Una menzione speciale merita la pizza dolce Charlott, una proposta originale e sorprendente. Delicata ma ricca di sapore, conquista sin dal primo assaggio grazie alla sua base croccante e alla crema raffinata che la accompagna. Un vero capolavoro, ideale per concludere il pasto con un tocco di dolcezza e creatività. Tornerò con piacere.
