Pizzeria Vesuvio In Modena

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, I didn't have time to take photos...

We went to this pizzeria because it was close to our hotel. The pizzas were huge and delicious.

Clean, minimalist atmosphere. The pizza, on the other hand, is AMAZING. The dough is delicious and easy to digest. Quality ingredients and well-executed combinations. The coffee is also good. The best so far in Modena.

We were passing by, very good pizza, the gentleman at the cashier was very kind, even though we hadn't booked he found a solution, I recommend this pizzeria.

The atmosphere is elegant but a bit bland, but the pizza is truly spectacular!!! Thick yet very soft crust, quality toppings, and a very digestible dough. A truly perfect pizza, in my opinion! The price is medium-high.

Delicious Neapolitan pizza. I had a metro-style red pizza and highly recommend it; I also tried the half calzone and the focaccia, and highly recommend these options as well! The selection of craft beers is excellent.

The pizza was excellent as always, a guarantee for many years now. Five stars also for the waiter Antonio, for his professionalism but above all for his kindness.

I tried Vesuvio pizzeria in Modena and can say I've finally found authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough is made with great care and left to rise for a full 48 hours, which is immediately noticeable: light, soft, digestible, and with that typical aroma of properly made pizza. Each pizza is made from a ball weighing about 300 grams, so it's hearty: just one will fill you up without any problem. The texture is perfect, with a high, soft, and well-aired crust, just like in Naples. The cooking is also impeccable, with the right balance between softness and crunchiness on the bottom. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, from the tomatoes to the fiordilatte cheese to the canned anchovies; the combination with the dough makes every bite a pleasure. Personally, I found it to be one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever eaten outside of Naples. If you're looking for authenticity, flavor, and a passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza, Vesuvio Modena is a must-try.
