Takeaway, it was the first time even though I knew her by name and position. Very satisfied, in the dough, taste, size (not "large" but not small either) and seasoning. But above all when you go to bed you don't drink at night and you don't toss and turn in your sleep and you can sleep peacefully it means it's done well!

Very welcoming, easy-going place, possibility to help yourself. Excellent pizza, light, tasty and of good size.

Very small pizzeria, located in the center of Bologna and easily reachable on foot, particular (and personally not to my taste) the choice of placing a cabinet with cutlery, plastic cups, paper napkins and sauces in the tube within everyone's reach, formula self service except for the pizza which is served by them, the drinks are delivered upon payment (in advance) at the cash register. The same thing applies to clearing the table, there are several bins clearly visible from all sides of the place (unfortunately yes even while you are eating) and everyone clears for themselves by doing the separate waste collection. From my point of view, when you go to eat at a restaurant, in addition to good food, you also expect service, which is non-existent in this place. In my opinion, the small and welcoming interior needs to be looked at again because unfortunately, in addition to the bins, the rear of the room which is not properly tidy is clearly visible. All this is a real shame since the pizza is superb, really delicious even if the prices are a little above average, for the pizza they are fair but unfortunately not for the context. I suggest tidying up and getting organized to best serve customers, then I think this place will be truly fantastic

Extremely good, high quality pizza, I have never been disappointed. There are few seats on site but it is possible to book it via the app either to take away or to have it delivered to your home. The times indicated for booking have always been precise and the service well organised. On the app, it is worth appreciating the fact that you can conveniently choose the pizza and modify or add any ingredient as you wish.

I was in Bologna, Naples and Rome and this was the best place to eat Pizza by far. You have to try Sorrentina Pizza, its delicious, tasty and crunchy. Caterina and her crew provide us with a 5 star service all the time (we went twice). Grazie mille ragazze.
