12/01/2025: Locale bello ed accogliente, non molto spazioso e quindi è altamente consigliato prenotare per tempo per garantirvi un posto.
La pizza è quella napoletana, con però un cornicione non troppo alto (ed io lo preferisco) e ben piena di condimenti, con utilizzo di prodotti di ottima qualità: buonissima!
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che giusto ed il personale è stato cordiale e professionale.
Unico punto negativo è stata la disorganizzazione nel gestire le prenotazioni, che ha obbligato il locale a tenere molta gente in attesa per almeno 1 ora prima di sedersi: probabilmente non è stata gestita al meglio la quantità di gente che doveva sedersi nello stesso orario, e di conseguenza si è creato qualche inghippo nell’organizzazione.
Ma considerando che era anche sabato sera, che porta con sé maggiore rischio di tavolate, è più che comprensibile che possa capitare una serata di questo tipo, ma sono sicuro che è stato un caso ed infatti tornerò sicuramente qui per potermi gustare nuovamente le loro buonissime pizze.
Scrivo questo per poter “avvertire” qualcuno sul fatto che può capitare sporadicamente una situazione del genere, ma basta avere un po’ di pazienza, perché può succedere.
E concludo confermando la massima professionalità del personale anche in una situazione critica come questa.
12/01/2025: Nice and welcoming place, not very spacious and therefore it is highly recommended to book in advance to guarantee a place.
The pizza is Neapolitan, but with a crust that is not too high (and I prefer it) and full of toppings, with the use of excellent quality products: very good!
The value for money is more than fair and the staff were friendly and professional.
The only negative point that does not lead to the 4 stars was the disorganization in managing reservations, which forced the place to keep many people waiting for at least 1 hour before being seated: probably the amount of people who arrived was not managed in the best possible way. he had to sit at the same time, and as a result there was some snag in the organisation.
But considering that it was also a Saturday evening, which brings with it a greater risk of tables, it is more than understandable that an evening of this type could happen, but I am sure that it was a coincidence and in fact I will definitely return here to be able to enjoy their delicious dishes again pizzas.
I'm writing this to be able to "warn" someone that a situation like this can happen sporadically, but you just need to have a little patience, because it can happen: however, if most of the reviews say that the food is good here, then don't be influenced from those few negative reviews (and sometimes even too severe..).
And I conclude by confirming the utmost professionalism of the staff even in a critical situation like this.
