0 STAR SERVICE!!!! We were at a birthday party. At one point, my aunt asked for a bottle of water and some glasses—nothing unusual. From there, however, the situation escalated: the person I believe was the owner began to misunderstand the request, got nervous, and started arguing for no reason. We tried to explain ourselves better, but she reacted rudely, as if we were making fun of her. She even threatened to throw us out. Truly unprofessional behavior. Too bad, because it would have taken so little to avoid this whole scene.
