27/12/2025: We've been coming here for our ski holidays for many years. The food is always delicious. The people are incredibly friendly, even when it's very busy. We'll definitely be back.

26/12/2025: An unforgettable experience amidst the flavors and views of Colfosco Simply magnificent. This restaurant is a rare gem: welcoming, meticulously crafted, and immersed in a breathtaking landscape. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by warmth and authenticity, with wood, stone, and the aromas of authentic cuisine. The menu pays homage to local tradition, yet with creative touches that surprise the palate. Each dish is prepared with authentic ingredients and served with meticulous care. From the fresh pasta starters to the flavorful main courses with perfectly cooked meats, to the homemade desserts—everything is simply delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive, without ever being intrusive. You can sense their passion in every gesture. And then... the view. Eating while overlooking the snow-capped mountains (or surrounded by greenery, depending on the season) is pure magic. Highly recommended for those looking not only for an excellent meal, but for an experience to remember. We'll definitely be back!
