I ate the pizza which I judged to be mediocre... despite the cooking recommendations it arrived undercooked.. Given the results I no longer consumed any other food...... No dear manager I didn't go to the wrong place... Given your answer perhaps you are the one who has the wrong job

Excellent quality dough, excellent leavening from sourdough and wheat germ. Staff to be the envy of the best venues. Very tasty pizza and above all it doesn't make you thirsty. Highly recommended!!!

Ottimo impasto di qualità, ottima lievitazione da lievito madre e germe di grano. Personale da fare invidia ai migliori locali. Pizza gustosissima e sopratutto non ti fa venire sete. Consigliatissimo!!!

Borgo Buonanotte

12/05/2025: If you are in Santo Stefano Quisquina and want to taste true Sicilian cuisine, Borgo Buonanotte is an excellent choice. I really appreciated the typical dishes such as boiled sheep and tripe with a unique flavour. The environment is welcoming and the staff super professional and helpful. Special thanks go to the owner for his great hospitality. I would also like to point out their attention to those with dietary needs, with good gluten-free options too. Advised!
22/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante per il lunedì di Pasqua in foto allego il menu … cibi genuini nonostante fossimo in 150 persone il servizio è stato abbastanza celere. I camerieri si sono distinti per garbo signorilità ed efficienza. Nulla da dire sulla qualità e quantità dei cibi serviti abbondantemente. Nonostante il giorno di festa è la grande affluenza tutto è andato per il meglio.
