In the category of very thin pizzas, it is excellent. However, if you are expecting a traditional Italian pizza, this is not the right place.

The pizza is worth trying because it is unlike any other pizza due to its flatbread-like dough. The service is ok, but they charge an additional €2.5 per person for the "setting". Still, it's rather cheap here.

Family pizza. The summer location is beautiful with tables in the Piazzetta Caduti di via Fani: made more intimate by hedges and lights, it is close to the center but away from the noise of the most crowded areas, ideal for enjoying a chat in peace. The pizza dough is excellent, very thin and crunchy. Good quality raw materials. Wide (perhaps slightly excessive) choice of classic, white, tasty and sweet pizzas. Reservation recommended in high season and on weekends.

In un giardino simpatico nel centro di Polignano, siamo accolti da camerieri che più che altro sono giovani speranze che hanno un po’ da imparare, e che ci fanno accomodare tra i tavoli quasi appiccicati fra di loro. Capisco anche la grande affluenza del periodo ma sembrare annoiati mentre si scrive la comanda o si spiega il menù, non è carino! Questo è il vostro lavoro, credo che nessuno vi obblighi e se non vi piace non è colpa del cliente. Gli antipasti sono costituiti principalmente da prodotti industriali tra cui surgelati fritti in qualche caso freddi all’interno (es. olive ascolane o chele di granchio). Le pizze sono buone, sono pizze stile barese, sottili e molto buone; solo per questo ho messo 3 pallini. Pizzeria con potenziale ma senza visione. Ordinaria.
