Nice place to eat with kids, nice playground with big terrace. Dishes were good and staff friendly.

A mixed experience. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are well-furnished. The garden is lovely for dining and drinking. We arrived by bike from the Reschen Pass at 4:45 p.m. According to the hotel's website, check-in was from 2:00 p.m. The hotel was closed, and check-in and drinks were only available from 5:30 p.m., although urgently needed after the strenuous bike ride. The senior manager showed little interest in the guests' needs. Dinner was a similar story. A very busy pizzeria with high turnover and good pizza. Although well-staffed, we had to call for service several times, and orders were forgotten. The wine list was requested several times. Half of the wines were sold out. Here, as with the senior manager, the guests were treated disrespectfully. The breakfast, with good local produce, was very tasty. Thus, a hotel with good potential but a lack of attention to guests.

The pizzeria is very good. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of good quality. The staff is very friendly. The manager is always on the go, checking that everything is in order; he's very attentive and happy to provide information. Our room was rather 90s, but clean and well-maintained. The bathroom, however, is new and has been renovated!

Regarding food - highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is right here. The portions are plentiful, tasty and of very good quality. Even when it's full, the two waitresses were always friendly and quick. No longer waiting times. It's rare to find such staff these days. Thanks!

Rooms are getting old. Looks like the 90s. Cleanliness ok, service very friendly and accommodating. OK for transit, but not a bit more
